Technical Assessment
Our engineers will review your case within 48 hours to determine if the issue can be resolved via firmware updates or if a physical return is required for a refund or replacement.
Ship the Product
Once your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is approved, securely package the items and ship them to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.
Refund or Exchange Processing
